Account Setup Troubleshooting

Are you or your students having issues getting your Coventry Domains account up and running? If so, we’re sorry it’s not going swimmingly.

Before reaching out to us for help, have a look at the following flowchart to see where the problem might be… you may be able to resolve the problem yourself faster this way:

To sum it up, you are eligible for an account, have received the Pending Account Activation message, waited 3-5 working days and tried logging in to no avail, there’s been a problem.

If that’s the case, we’re sorry you’re having issues. Just contact us for help at dooo@coventry.ac.uk, and we’ll take it from there.

Once you or your students accounts are up and running and you’re still having issues (like a blank white screen at login), you should contact us for help.
