Forgotten how to get to your Coventry.Domains account and site? Follow the steps below!

There are two routes into your Coventry.Domains website. This page will show you both ways to log into your Coventry.Domains website, and what to do if you have forgotten your password.

Logging into cPanel

Step 1 – Go to Coventry.Domains and click on the “Login” button.

Step 2 – Type in the email address and password associated with you Coventry.Domains account. Click the “Log In” button.

Step 3 – You are now in your cPanel dashboard. This is the web hosting control panel for your website. In the section “Applications”, click on the ‘My Apps’ icon.

Step 4 – You are now in the ‘My Applications’ tab of the ‘Installatron’ page. Click the second link down under your username. This will take you to the dashboard of your content management application.

Congratulations! You have made it to your application dashboard. From here you can make edits and post to your website.

Logging in directly into WordPress

Step 1 – Go to [YOUR SUBDOMAIN].coventry.domains/wp-admin, this will lead you to your WordPress login page.

Step 2 – Type in the email address and password associated to your WordPress account. Click the “Log In” button.

Congratulations! You have made it to your WordPress application dashboard. From here you can make edits and post to your website.

Forgotten your password?

If you cannot log into cPanel or your application (e.g. WordPress), follow these steps to reset your password.

Step 1 – Click the “Lost your password?” link under the box to login.

Step 2 – Enter the email address associated with your account. Click the “Get new password” button. If the email address given is correct, you will receive a link to reset your password.

Step 3 – Check your Coventry University email inbox for the confirmation link and information on resetting your password. Click the link in the email to rest your password.

Step 4 – Type in a new password. Once you submit this new password, you will receive an email to confirm that your password has changed.
