If you\u2019re eligible for a Coventry.Domains account, but have not been given this password, please <a href=\"mailto:dooo@coventry.ac.uk\">contact us.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note this is <strong>not<\/strong> your university single sign on password. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, you\u2019re asked to read through and agree to the Terms and Conditions for use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Don\u2019t just skip through this.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s your responsibly to, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Respect people\u2019s intellectual property rights\n<\/li><li>Safeguard data you may collect through your website\n<\/li><li>Follow university codes of conduct \n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ts&amp;Cs page lays out all of your legal responsibilities, so take a few minutes to read through it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you\u2019re happy, fill out the short form at the bottom of the screen and hit <strong>submit<\/strong> to agree to the Terms and Conditions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.01.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-753\" width=\"743\" height=\"357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.01.png 961w, https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.01-300x144.png 300w, https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.01-768x369.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 743px) 100vw, 743px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019re done! You should now receive an email with the subject line <strong>Pending Account Activation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don\u2019t receive this email within 30 minutes, please attempt to complete the form again or let us know you\u2019re having a problem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account confirmation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you\u2019ve submitted this form, we\u2019ll then take a look at your account request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.33.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-754\" width=\"498\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.33.png 527w, https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.33-300x138.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 498px) 100vw, 498px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask you to allow us 3 to 5 working days to process your account, but this can happen anytime after you submit your form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we see that you\u2019re eligible for an account, we\u2019ll approve your account request, and you\u2019ll see this email &gt; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up your subdomain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you\u2019re account is approved, you can log into Coventry Domains via <a href=\"http:\/\/coventry.domains\/dooo\/dashboard\">coventry.domains\/dashboard<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll then be asked to choose your subdomain, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">example.coventry.domains<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.53.png\" alt=\"subdomain screen\" class=\"wp-image-755\" width=\"825\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.53.png 936w, https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.53-300x87.png 300w, https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Screenshot-2019-11-04-at-12.12.53-768x222.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 825px) 100vw, 825px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please choose this carefully, as we cannot normally change this later. See this article for more help on <a href=\"https:\/\/coventry.domains\/learn\/choosing-your-subdomain-name\/\">choosing the right subdomain for you.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After you confirm this, you may see a page which says \u201cYour shopping cart is empty\u201d. Skip past this by clicking <strong>Login<\/strong> at the top right of the screen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s it!
